Betty Lou Hodges Wilson, 82, of Eden passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at her son's home.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Overlook Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Boone & Cooke Funeral Home.

Betty was born in Danville on February 25, 1939, a daughter of Wilford Peter Hodges and Mary Smith Hodges, both deceased.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Nicklous Oliver Wilson; and her brothers, Charles Hodges and Frank Hodges.

Betty is survived by her son, James Wilson and wife Robin of Eden; her daughter, Tammy Campbell and husband Christopher of Eden; her sister, Louise Ellison of Reidsville; her grandchildren, Nicklous, Zackary, Christopher Campbell and wife Ashley, Corrine Klein and husband Brandon; and her great grandchildren, Roddy, Leo, Apollo and Ava.
