Brian Scott Hall, 43, of Eden passed away on Monday, July 15, 2024.

A memorial service will be held at 6 pm on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at Redemption Road Baptist Church, 2131 NC 14, Reidsville with Pastor Harold Gearhart and Pastor Daniel Bray officiating.

Brian was born in Eden on June 14, 1981, the biological son of Steve Lovings and the late Mae Frances Reynolds Barber.  He loved helping others and being outside.  His real passion was tree work; he loved climbing the tallest trees and was never afraid of heights.  He loved all kinds of animals and tried to bring them all home.  He loved his family, especially his brother and sisters, but he longed to be with his mom.  He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his dad, David Lee Barber; his sister, Marie Barber Becerra; his grandparents, Thurman and Pauline Reynolds; and his cousins, Charles Michael Patterson, Phillip Keith Benfield, and Shawn Benfield.

Brian is survived by his biological father, Steve Lovings; his brother, Rodney Hall (Candace); his sisters, Tammy Alvarez and Juanita Reynolds (Leslie Duaine Reynolds Jr.); his nieces and nephews, Alexis and Kaydence Hall, Selina Survin, Lorena and Gabriella Servin, Isabella Alvarez, Duaine III, Jerry, Noah (Skye) and Helen Reynolds, Julio and Anhelena Becerra and Coby Vaughan; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
