Mr. Candy Dale Puckett, 54, of Madison, passed away on Friday, August 12, 2022 in Eden.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am, Monday, August 29, 2022 at Kallam's Grove Christian Church Cemetery in Madison. The family will receive friends from 10 until 10:30 am on Monday at Boone & Cooke Funeral Home.

Mr. Puckett was born in Rockingham County, the son of Steve Anderson Puckett and Jean Foulks Puckett, both deceased.  He was retired from the Rockingham County School System.

He is survived by his aunt, uncle and several cousins.
