Dabney Jo Grubbs, 21, of Reidsville passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 as a result of an automobile accident.

A service of remembrance will be held at 2 pm Monday, May 3, 2021 at New Life Chapel, 221 Martinsville Loop Road in Stoneville with Pastors Rob Hailey and Jeff Yates officiating.

Dabney was born in Eden on September 29, 1999, the daughter of Kennith and Carrie Grubbs.  She was an employee of Burger King.

Dabney was preceded in death by her aunt, Beatrice Grubbs.

In addition to her parents, Dabney is survived by her sister, Jordan Grubbs of Reidsville; her grandparents, Sherry Ayers of Eden, Carol Ludwig of Frostproof, FL, Kennith Grubbs of Axton, VA; and her uncles, Richard Place of Clover, SC and Paul Ludwig of Payne, OH.

The family will receive friends at 1905 Third Street in Eden after the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Boone & Cooke, Inc. Funeral Home to assist with the final expenses.
