Deborah "Tater" Ann Reid Ellison, 63, of Reidsville passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2002 at the Hospice Home of Rockingham County.

A memorial service will be held for at a later date.

Tater was born in Rockingham County on June 17, 1957 a daughter of Cleve and Minnie Reid, both deceased. She worked at Ball in Reidsville until she became disabled.

She is survived by her fiance', Dwight "David" Reid; her sisters, Margie Williams of Mayodan, Sadie Goins and husband, Leroy of Ridgeway, VA, Lacy Goins of Ridgeway, VA, Virginia Hodge of Martinsville, VA and Alma Goins of Lexington, NC; her brother, John Henry Goins and wife, Kathy of Ridgeway, VA; her Nieces, Mary Sue Fultz and husband, Keith of Stoneville, Joyce Hunt and husband, Steven of Lexington and Marita Martin and husband, Robert of Axton, VA; her nephews, Jerry Goins of Lexington and Junior Goins and wife, Lisa of Ridgeway, VA; 5 great nieces and nephews and special friends, Debra Hyler and husband, Joe of Eden, Krystal Smith and husband, Chris of Eden and their daughter, Kacy Smith and Jennifer Hood and husband, Curtis of Eden and their children, Wesley and Maggie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hunter Ellison; her sons, Joshua Reid and Billy Reid; her sister, Ada Hooker; and her brother Jackie Goins.
