Debra Sue Watkins, 64, of Eden passed away on Monday, March 21, 2022, at Cone Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 5 pm Saturday, March 26, 2022 at the home of her son, 1903 Hwy 704 in Madison.

Debra was born in Eden on April 12, 1957, a daughter of Charlie Odell Watkins and Loretta Barker Watkins, both deceased. She was employed as a daycare worker.

She is survived by her children, Ashley Corum of Eden and Ray Mounce and wife, Brandy of Madison; her sister, Teresa Dalton and husband, Ronnie  of Virginia; her brother, Kenny Watkins of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Hunter Sanderford, Oliver Sanderford, Chase Mounce, Julian Mounce and Destiny Mounce; and her great grandchild, Serenity Mounce.

In addition to her parents, Debra was predeceased in death by her sister, Linda Aaron and her brother, Charlie "June Bug" Watkins.
