Deloris Hall Pulliam, 78, of Eden passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Eden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Boone & Cooke Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in Dan View Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 10 am until 11 am before the service at the funeral home.

Deloris was born in Eden on June 28, 1947, a daughter of Noel Denny Hall and Alice Garnell Leffew Hall, both deceased.  She worked as a cook and waitress at several restaurants in Eden including Hardees and Jerrys.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her granddaughter, Shya Diane Pulliam; and her companion for 17 years, Curtis Garfield McGuire.

Deloris is survived by her children, Kenneth Eugene Pulliam (Serena) of Eden and Kimberly Ann Pulliam of Eden; her sisters, Debra Hall Shore of Eden and Dorothy Clingerman (Todd) of Colorado; and her grandchildren, Lilian Rose McGuire, Keely Elaine Pulliam, Kyra Ivy Pulliam and Kenna Marie Pulliam, all of Eden.
