Dennice Renay Broadnax, 58, of Eden passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at her home.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Dennice was born in Manhattan, NY on October 31, 1962, a daughter of Edward Butch Broadnax and Rachel Durr Broadnax.  She was a graduate of John Adams High School and a dancer with the Arthur Mitchell Dance Company in New York.  She worked as an administrator for the NYPD.  She was a very colorful and humorous person with a unique laugh who loved life.

She is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Broadnax of New York; and her sisters, Sandra "Lynn" Sales and husband Maurice of Virginia and Joann Broadnax Dowdell and husband Jim of Alabama.
