Donald Walker, Jr., 58, passed away Tuesday morning, May 12, 2020 at UNC Rockingham Healthcare.

There will be no formal service at this time.

Carl was born in Reidsville on April 4, 1962 to Shirley Owens Walker, and the late Carl Donald Walker, Sr.  He was an electrician, enjoyed fishing, and riding his scooter.  He visited Osborne Baptist Church, and was saved 20 years ago. He lived in Florida for over 10 years before moving to Eden.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Mark A. Evans; grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Jamie Wade Walker, and Mr. & Mrs. Roy Owens.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Owens Walker and husband Ronnie Booth; sisters, Sandra Walker Chaney and husband Jerry, Melissa Newman and husband Robert, and Donna Walker; brother, Darrel Walker; one niece and one nephew; three grand-nieces, and one grand-nephew; a large extended family, as well as several friends.
