Dusty DeWayne Wilson, age 37, of Eden, Passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital.

A service of remembrance will be held at 2 pm Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Boone & Cooke Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 pm before the service at the funeral home.

Dusty was born on September 21, 1984, in Eden, NC to Ricky and Sylvia Wilson.  Always a kid at heart, Dusty loved comics, superheroes, and keeping his family/friends laughing.  Family was of utmost importance to him. Dusty's greatest joy in life was his son, Logan Wilson, whom he was devoted to from his first breath.  Dusty also cared so much for his nieces and nephews, always finding a way to connect with them.  The family will greatly miss Dusty's wittiness, laughs, and special hugs.

In addition to his parents and son, Logan, Dusty is survived by his sister, Casey (David) Clark; brothers, Bobby (Tabitha) Carter, Ricky (Kristin) Wilson, Jason (Allyson) Wilson, and Joe Wilson; nieces, Caroline, Lizzie, Olivia, and Raylynn; Nephews, Chase, Atley, Wyatt, Waylon, Levi, and Caleb.

The family is receiving visitors at his residence, 1044 Ashley Loop Road, Reidsville, NC.
