Elvin Lee Teague Jr. (Butch) went to be with our Heavenly Father on September 27, 2026 at the age of 79. Per Lee’s request, there will be no formal visitation or formal funeral service.

Lee was born in Richmond, Virginia on February 4, 1947 to his mother, Thelma Bollinger Teague and father, Elvin Lee Teague, Sr.

Lee served in the United States Navy from 1967-1971. He also worked several years as a produce manager for Food Lion. He enjoyed bird hunting and playing golf. He and his wife enjoyed several vacations to Southport, NC.

Lee is preceded in death by his father and mother. Elvin Lee Teague Sr and Thelma Bollinger Teague; and sister, Carolyn Kendrick.

Lee leaves behind his loving wife of 39 years, Pamela Wood Teague; his special stepdaughter, Martina Corns Booth (Jody); special friends, Archie Witty, “John Boy” Smith, Steve Voss, and Mark Clifton along with other special friends and neighbors.
