Frances "Darlene" Price, 71, of Granville, NC passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at her residence.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 2pm at Boone and Cooke Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Price Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service from 1 until 2pm.

Darlene was born in Rockingham County on May 1, 1951 a daughter of Woodrow Everette Price and Minnie Frances Smith Price, both deceased.

She is survived by her siblings, William David Price and wife, Joann of Eden, Jerry Hamilton Price of Marian, VA and Patty Sue Keaton and husband, Farren of Stoneville and sister-in-law, Wynonna Price of Stoneville.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Larry Everette Price, and Timothy Wayne Price; and her sister, Lucinda Ran Price.

The family would like to thank the staff at Park View College in Butner, NC for taking such good care of Darlene for so many years.
