Gladys Corum Durham, 81, of Eden passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at UNC Rockingham Healthcare.

A private graveside service will be held.

Gladys was born in Rockingham County on February 19, 1943, a daughter of Louie Corum and Ola Gauldin Corum, both deceased.  She was a homemaker, a loving mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Cable Durham; her sons, Kenny, Steve and Jerry Durham; her granddaughter, Jennifer Lensy Broadnax; and her brothers and sisters.

Gladys is survived by her daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Durham Broadnax and husband Charles "Chuckie" of Eden; her five grandsons; two great grandsons and one great granddaughter; and her brother Fetzer Corum and wife Frances.
