Glenda Eva Stanley Tilley, 76, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Randolph Health in Asheboro.

The funeral service will be 2:00PM Monday, March 15, 2021 at Boone & Cooke Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Ridge-View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday evening, March 14, 2021 from 6 until 8pm at the funeral home.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, she was born on September 3, 1944 to the late George Glenwood Stanley and Eva Moorefield Stanley. She worked as a caregiver.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Lee Tilley.

She is survived by her children, Jesse Junior Tilley and Tony Presnell of Asheboro, Timothy W. Fulp, and Jeffrey Fulp and Lisa of Eden; siblings, Jay Stanley and Angela, and Patricia Irving and Scott all of Stoneville; grandchild, Dusty Fulp; nephews, Scotty Irving and Pattie of High Point and Jason Stanley of Greensboro; niece, Heather Stanley of Greensboro; and her beloved dog Peanut.
