James "Jimmy" Taylor Knight, 82, of Eden passed away at home on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.

Jimmy was born May 17, 1939, in Stoneville, NC, son of Sam and Nelia Knight, both deceased. He is preceded in death by his adoring wife, Juanita "Suzie" Knight.

Jimmy served in the United States Navy. He was a retired long-haul truck driver and a faithful member of the Eden Moose Lodge #864.

He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Knight Marshall, and son-in-law, Steven E. Marshall of Reidsville; his stepdaughters, Karen R. Thompson, and Sherri R. Mabe of Eden; his grandchildren, James "Jay" Parker (Dana), Kristen T. Christman (Micah), Lauren A. Parker, Kathryn C. Thompson, of Eden, and many great-grandchildren.

To honor his wishes, there will be no services.
