Jeanne Manuel, 74, of Stoneville passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at Moses Cone Hospital.

Per her wishes, no formal services will be held. The family will be receiving friends at the home of her daughter, Jennifer Flynt, 391 Twin Creeks Dr. Stokesdale, NC on Friday, June 23, 2023, from 4 until 6pm.

A native of Eden, she was born January 11, 1949, to the late Carl Kallam and Evangeline Hall Kallam. She worked as a dedicated registered nurse and later retired as a health science teacher.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Chris Manuel; siblings, Jimmy Kallam and Jeff Kallam.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Oscar Hall of the home; children, Jennifer Flynt and husband Scotty of Stokesdale, Carla Alphonso and husband Curt of South Carolina, Steven "Bo" Hall of Yadkinville; sister, Carolyn Shaffer and husband Tony of Harrisonburg, Virginia; and grandchildren, Destiny Giles, Sydney Manuel, and Amber Sigmon-Hiatt.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Camp Carefree, 275 Carefree Ln. Stokesdale, NC 27357.
