Jeremy Alain Sobulefsky, 46, of Eden passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023, at Forsyth Medical Center.

There will be no formal services at this time.

Jeremy was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 15, 1977, the son of Gerald Martin Sobulefsky and Maureen Tolster Sobulefsky. He worked as an electrician.

In addition to his parents, Jeremy is survived by his wife, Karla Dallas Sobulefsky of the home; his sons, Oliver Sobulefsky of Eden, and Isaiah Scott of Connecticut; his daughter Janne Kulinski of Connecticut; his sister, Megan Sobulefsky of Connecticut; his grandchildren, Bella Lopez, and Grace Lope; and his nephew, Jace Sobulefsky.
