Jerry Dean Bartlett, 67, of Madison passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital.

There will be no services.

Jerry was born in Reidsville on January 7, 1957, a son of Boyd Carl Bartlett and Carrie Toler, both deceased.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Mary Bartlett, and his brother Floyd Carl Toler.

Jerry is survived by his life partner, Becky Bullins; his siblings, Carol Richards of Dobson, Richard Toler of Martinsville, VA, and James Bartlett of Smithfield; his niece, Elisa McGehee; his nephew, David Richards, and several great nieces and nephews.
