Joseph "Jody" Marion James, II., 62, of Eden passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital.
There will be no formal services at this time.
Jody was born in Columbus, GA, on January 5, 1960 a son of Joseph Marion James and Linda Howell James.
He is survived by his children, Jodi Lynn James, Jessica James and Joseph "Little Joe" James III; his father, Joseph "Joe" Marion James; his two brothers, Jeff and Jamie, seven granddaughters and one grandson.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Howell James.
