Judith Belle DeHart Lenz, 69, of Eden, North Carolina left this earth on July 14, 2025 to join with the angels to take her home to live with Jesus.  Judith was born on January 13, 1956 at D.C. General Hospital in Washington, D.C.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Grant Owen DeHart and Etheleen Gillie DeHart as well as her sister, Almeria Jean Brooks.

She is survived by her sisters, Bettie Ann (DeHart) Brackner of Lowndesboro, Alabama and Patsy Marie (DeHart) Brown of Rainelle, West Virginia.

Surviving nieces and nephews include, Debbie Laws Kallam, Johnny Laws, Brenda Faye Brown, Sharon Marie Brown, Patrick Owen Brown, Susan Rae Brown, Monica Ann (Brackner) Talley, Charles Edward Brackner, Polly Ann (Brackner) Smith, and Katherine Ann (Brackner) Tracy.

Judith was of the Baptist faith and loved the Lord.  She attended cosmetology school and was an esthetician by trade for many years.  She loved helping the many friends she met in her trade.  She volunteered with churches in Eden, NC and Ridgeway, VA making sewn items for church missions for the needy.  She enjoyed reading, music, and her beloved poodle dog, Poochie, her companion for 16 years.
