Juvenal “Ricky” Gonzalez, 78, of Eden passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at his home.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at Greenview Cemetery.

Ricky was born in Guadalajara, Mexico on April 27, 1948, the son of Francisco Gonzalez and Esperanza Sapien. He retired from Frontier Spinning.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Frances Bennett Gonzalez.

Ricky is survived by his brother-in-law, Bobby Bennett of Eden; grandchildren, Amanda Turner (Debra), Abby Sharpe, Jennifer McCammon (Drew), Lizzy Sharpe, Diana Smith (Adam), Daniel Martin; and his great grandchildren, Lacey, Emily, Sarah, Amelia, Emmilyn, Gavin, Clara and Charley Ann; and his special family by love, Malinda Hallock, Dee Parrish and Tommy Lovelace;
