Cathy Lynn Roberson Chaney, 67, of Stoneville passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023, at her residence.

There will be no formal service at this time.

Cathy was born in Eden on August 24, 1956, a daughter of Tommie Roberson, Jr., and Carolyn Rutledge Roberson, both deceased. She worked in textiles.

She is survived by her husband, Rick Chaney of Eden; her daughter, Carrie Edwards Woods of Ridgeway, VA; her sons, Jesse W. Edwards of Richmond, NC, and Adam L. Edwards of Eden; her sister, Teresa Yount and husband, Wyatt of Eden; her grandchildren, Brianna Watkins and husband, Tray, Gabriel Edwards, Seth Edwards, and Samara Peoples; great grandchildren, Cooper Watkins, and Korbin Watkins.
