Kathy Robertson Mabes, 67, went to be with her Lord early Sunday morning, September 17, 2023, at her residence.

Per her wishes, there will be no formal services at this time.

A native of Rockingham County, she was born September 2, 1956 to the late Calvin Robertson, and Nellie Austin Robertson. She worked for Karastan and was a member of Love Thy Neighbor Baptist Church. She is now at Home with Jesus and is no longer suffering with illness.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Robertson.

She is survived by her son, Justin Bartlett and wife, Hailey; daughters, Cheryl Ambros and husband, Marcus, and Jeannie Hedgepeth; brothers, Mike Robertson, and Joey Robertson and wife, Carol; sister, Patricia Smith and husband Dale; grandchildren, Jamie, McKayla, Gage, and Alexus; as well as 5 great-grandchildren.
