Lenora Williford Smith, 99, of Madison passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Northpointe Nursing Center.

Per her wishes, there will be no formal services at this time.

Lenora was born in Johnston County on October 31,1924 a daughter of Luby Williford and Sallie Fields Williford, both deceased. She worked as a tobacco farmer.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Nancy Forbes and husband, Bruce, Steve Stone, Ricky Stone and wife, Wendy, Tony Smith and wife, Julie and Lisa Stone and husband, Brian; her great grandchildren, Brian Stone, Rhys Stone, Campbell Smith, Allison Smith, Lance Stone, Zach Stone, Tony Millard, Joseph Millard, Kenneth Farr, Thomas Farr, Bruce Forbes, Jr. and Ashley Cochran and several great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her children, Dorothy Stone, Frances Strickland, Billy Smith and Bobby Smith and several brothers and sisters.
