Leslie Jo Wilcox Talley, 61, of Eden passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital.

A celebration of life service will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Boone & Cooke Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 pm before the service at the funeral home and other times at the residence.

Leslie was born in Chevy Chase, Maryland on January 11, 1964, a daughter of Coy Carlton Wilcox and Catherine Chaney Wilcox, both deceased.  She was a retired art teacher, sharing her love for art with her students through the years.  She was an extremely talented artist, illustrator and author of the book, "A Thought Is Just A Thought".

She is survived by her husband, Tony Randell Talley; her children, Laura Moore (Gary), Cody Talley, and Lewis Burnham (Kristina); her siblings, Veronica Wade, Mark Wilcox, Olivia Jane Wilcox, Amanda Lea Anderson and C.J. Wilcox; and her grandchildren, Madison Moore, Bryson Moore, Macy Burnham and Blake Burnham.
