She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin "Bud" Morgan; her biological parents, Willam and Martha Terrell; her adoptive parents, Richard and Irma Gilley; and her brother, Edward "Red" Gilley.
She is survived by her brother, Ray Terrell of Franklin, Virginia; her son Rodney Morgan and wife Ashley of Eden, North Carolina; her daughter, Pamela Martin and husband Tim of Collinsville, Virginia; five grandchildren, Derek Morgan of Eden, Joe Morgan and wife Sydney of Ruffin, Caleb Morgan of Eden, Amanda Martin of Collinsville, Connor Morgan of Eden; and two great-grandchildren, Makinzley and Jonah Morgan.
