Luther Clayton “Buck” Stone, Jr., 52, of Reidsville passed away on Friday, October 2, 2026, at his home.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Monday, October 12, 2026, at Ruffin Stacey Baptist Church Cemetery.

Buck was born in Reidsville on February 2, 1974, a son of Yvonne Clifton Stone and the late Luther Clayton Stone, Sr. He was a “jack of all trades” who enjoyed helping others with their carpentry and mechanic problems. He had a big heart and truly cared for people. His favorite thing to do was make people around him laugh.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his sister, Lisa Stone.

Buck is survived by his companion, Lisa Roberts; his mother, Yvonne Clifton Stone; his uncle, Michael Clifton; his aunt, Wendy Jeffries; and numerous aunts and uncles.
