Dorena "Lynn" Edwards Wilson, 67, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Ancora Hospice House.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at 3 pm at Happy Home Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Lynn was born on April 13, 1958, a daughter of Edgar Worth Edwards and Rachel Dix Edwards, both deceased. She worked at Burlington Mills and later for the Rockingham County Schools in the cafeteria.

She is survived by her sons, Clint Wilson and Chris Wilson both of Ruffin; her sisters, Sue Strader and husband, Dennis of Ruffin, and Kay Delancy of Ruffin and her grandchildren, Shane Wilson and Destiny Wilson.

In addition to her parents, Lynn was predeceased by her siblings, Stella Pratt, Charles Edwards, Walter Edwards, Garnett Edwards and Darrell Edwards.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 2 until 3 pm 1 hour prior to the service at Happy Home Church.
