Margaret Ann Goodman Hill, 68, of Eden passed away on Monday morning, August 21, 2023 at UNC Rockingham Health Care.

The family is having a discreet celebration of life at a later date.

Margaret was born in Euclid, OH., a daughter of William Vernon Goodman and Myrtle Thompson.  She was a wonderful loving mother and grandmother who will be terribly missed and will forever hold a place in our hearts.  Margaret worked hard all her life for her family.  She enjoyed reading, spending time with family, and spoiling her dog.  May her brightness always shine down from above.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Michael Hill, Sr. and her siblings.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Krotkosky and husband Jason Nolin of Eden; her son, Michael Hill, Jr. and wife Bertha Hill of West Hartford, Conn.; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Adam John, Michael III, Melanie, Carla, Tesla, Hunter; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Ray and husband Warren of Hugo, OK and Sandy Goodman of Menifee, CA; and her beloved dog, Buddy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Rockingham County Humane Society, 205 Boone Road, Eden, NC 27288.
