Marshall Randolph Williams, 61, of Madison passed away on Tuesday evening, December 29, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

A private service will be held at a later date.

Marshall was born in Rockingham County on March 18, 1959, a son of Josephine Case Smith and the late Jackson Williams.  He was a brick mason.  He was also preceded in death by his son Marshall Randolph Williams, II.

Marshall is survived by his children, Suzanna Williams of Stoneville and Bennett Williams of Brooklyn, NY; his mother, Josephine Smith of Madison; his siblings. Zeb Williams, Zandra Slaydon, Jane Smith, and Gayle Gallihugh; and his grandson, Dylan Williams.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Stoneville, Pentecostal Holiness Church, PO Box 84, Stoneville, NC 27048.
