Mary Joanne Bolick, 90, of Eden passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at Eden Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Dan View Cemetery.

Mary was born in Draper on October 3, 1933, a daughter of Homer King Hardin and Bessie Haymore Hardin, both deceased.  She retired from Fieldcrest Mills.  She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Thurman Bolick; her siblings, Tommy Hardin, Jack Hardin and Judy Hardin Shelton; and the father of her children, Marvin Wilmoth.

Mary is survived by her children, Cheryl Taylor (Mark) of Wentworth, David Wilmoth (Al) of Atlanta, GA, and Danny Wilmoth (Gayle) of Wentworth; her grandchildren, Michael Dale Kennon, Jessica Wilmoth Reynolds (Christopher), Justin Wilmoth, Sherron Joanne Wilmoth; her great grandchildren, Bryson Dale Kennon, Carlee Anne Reynolds, James Cutler Reynolds, Jacob Wilmoth, Addison Storm Kennon; her step grandchildren, Alicia French, Angela Hardin, Heather Lucas; and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Eden Rehab & Nursing Center, especially Mammie, Angel and Flo for their excellent care given to Mary during her stay.
