Michelle Overby Nicholas of Eden passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 at UNC Rockingham Health Care.

There will be no formal visitation.

She was born in Eden on December 8, 1965, a daughter of Bill and Becky Overby, both deceased.  She was also preceded in death by her son, Randy Lee Williams, Jr., her sister, Teresa Overby and nephew Jason Overby.

Survivors include her grandson, Liam Williams; her sister, Anita Overby; her brother, Doug Overby and wife Sandy; her nieces, Erica Cook and BJ Overby; her nephew, Chris Overby; and her great niece and great nephew, Makayla and Cody Rutledge.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Brian Center of Eden.
