Misty Lyn Hooker Farmer, 51, of Winston Salem passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Misty was born in Eden on February 1, 1971, a daughter of Richard Hooker and Janice Wilkins Hooker. She worked a machine operator at Unify.

In addition to her parents, Misty is survived by her daughter, McKayla Farmer of Eden; her sister, Kimberly Hooker; her grandmother, Doris Wilkins; her aunt and uncle, Debbie and Roger and her nieces and nephews, Hannah, Jamie, and Malik.
