Ollie Odell Mabe, 73, of Stoneville passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024, at his home.

A service of remembrance will be held at 5:30 pm Friday, January 3, 2025, at Boone & Cooke Funeral Home Chapel.

Ollie was born in Stoneville on September 5, 1951, the son of Tom Marion Mabe and Pat Barnes Mabe, both deceased.  He retired from the textile industry.  He enjoyed NASCAR, wrestling and watching old westerns.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Pauline "Bug" Neugent.

Ollie is survived by his wife, Carolyn Hull Mabe of the home; his children, Jason Mabe (Nicki) of Spencer, Virginia and Michelle Mabe of Greensboro; his sisters, Ruby Scott of Eden, Frances Corum (Fetzer) of Stoneville and Dorothy Cockman of Stoneville; and his grandchildren, Luke Mabe and Lainey Mabe.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Rockingham Humane Society, 205 Boone Road, Eden, NC 27288.
