Peggy D. O'Neal's Obituary
Peggy Dean O'Neal, 78, of Eden passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022 at the Hospice Home of Rockingham County.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Peggy was born in Petersburg, Virginia on October 3, 1943, the daughter of William Raymond Bass and Ethel Moody Bass, both deceased. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Wayne Bass.
Peggy is survived by her children, Robert F. Fulcher, Jr. of Prince George, Virginia, Sherrie Rickman of Eden, Gina Michelle Fulcher Colston and husband Jerry of Cocoa, FL and Frankie S. Fulcher of Prince George, Virginia; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
