Ricky Edward Lewis, Sr., 65, of Reidsville passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at his residence.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 starting at 6 pm at the home of Amanda Lewis, 104 Burton Street in Reidsville.

Ricky was born in Reidsville on March 12, 1958, a son of Lawrence Lewis and Sarah Hill Lewis, both deceased.  He worked as a roofer.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Linda Yow.

Ricky is survived by his children, Lawrence Lewis (Crystal), David Pruitt (Elisabeth), Ricky Lewis, Jr. (Meagan Edwards) and Amanda Lewis; his siblings, Joe Pruitt and Kay Edwards; his grandchildren, Hannah, Christopher, Jason, Kaylei, Maliyah, Tavion, Khloe, Nico, Savannah, Joselyn, Gunner, Alyssa, Christian, Caleb and Sierra; and his great grandchild, Kalani.
