Robert Miller Beeson, 72, of Eden passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Annie Penn Memorial Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Boone & Cooke Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 am before the service at the funeral home and other times at the residence1

Robert was born in Virginia Beach, VA on December 15, 1952, a son of Clarence Miller and Evelyn Griffin Miller.  After their passing, he was adopted by Tommy and Maggie Beeson, who are also deceased.  He was a retired store manager with Harris Teeter.  He enjoyed playing piano and singing.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his previous wife, Delores Freeman Beeson; his daughters, Rebecca Ann Guthrie and Michelle Lynn Johnson; his half siblings, Elizabeth Marshall and David Beeson; his eight biological siblings; and three grandchildren.

Robert is survived by his wife, Kimberly Swaney Beeson of the home; his children, Tommy Beeson (Kendra) of High Point, Jessica Hagerman (Pershing) of Eden; his brother, Ellis Wimmer (Maria) of Roanoke, VA; his nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
