Ronald James Charnock, 74, of Eden passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at his home.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Solid Rock Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 pm Wednesday, before the service, at the church.

Ronald was born in Martin's Ferry, OH on July 8, 1948, the son of Robert James Charnock and Naomi Ruth Dooley Charnock, both deceased. He was a retired fire fighter with the City of Eden.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Margaret Giles Charnock; his sister, Barbara Jean Davis; and his brother, Donald Charnock.

Ronald is survived by his daughter, Cindy Davis; his sister, Elizabeth Ann Britt; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Barrow and Katie White.
