Sadie Jane Duncan, 85, of Stoneville passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025, at Annie Penn Hospital.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July, 17, 2025, at 11am at Church of God of Prophecy. A visitation will be held  1 hour prior to the service from 10 until 11am at the church.

Sadie was born in Ridgeway, Virginia on January 24, 1940, a daughter of William Harris and Betty Lou Hopkins Harris, both deceased. She worked as a sewing machine operator at Pillowtex.

She is survived by her children, Clayton Duncan of Stoneville, Jimmy Duncan of Stoneville and Lynn Smith and Husband, Tommy of Mayodan; her sister, Carolyn Adkins of Ridgeway, VA; her brother, Fred Harris and wife, Sharron of Ridgeway, VA.; her sister-in-law, Mary Harris of Ridgeway, VA; her grandchildren, Mindy Collins (Joey), Denise White (Joey), Jamie Duncan (Lacy), Joey White III and Vivian White and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Collins, Logan Collins, Maddie Collins and Noah Collins.

In addition to her parents, Sadie was predeceased in death by her husband, William Andy Duncan; her daughter in law, Sandra Duncan " Lou Lou" and several brothers and sisters.
