Sharon Craddock Carter, 72, of Eden passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Wesley Long Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Monday, May 10, 2021 at Boone & Cooke, Inc. Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 pm before the service at the funeral home and other times at the residence.

Sharon was born in Eden on January 23, 1949, a daughter of Amos Franklin Craddock and Snoda Cobb Craddock, both deceased.  She was an administrator for Fieldcrest.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, A.C. Craddock and Betty Jean Jarrett.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Henry "Frank" Carter of the home; her sons, Johnny Carter and wife Tammy of Stoneville, Jerry Carter and wife Katina of Eden; her brother, Ronnie Craddock and wife Nancy of Mississippi; her grandchildren, Chelsey, Tanner, Christian, Kelsey, Akianna, Natalie and her great grandchildren, Cayden, Emma, Mason, Cohen, Elin, Waylon, Talan, Mia, Soleil, Sloan, Colton, Corbin and Winslow.
