Sherry Dawn Coleman Kitchen, 48, of Martinsville, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 3 pm Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at New Beginning Apostolic Church.  Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery in Ridgeway, VA.  The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 pm before the service at the church and other times at the homes of her father and mother.

Sherry was born in Martinsville, VA on January 28, 1975, a daughter of Dale Bradley Coleman and Dianne Hammock.  She was a member of New Beginning Apostolic Church.  She was the life of the party, loved cooking, music, and spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by her brother, Bradley Shane Coleman.

Sherry is survived by her children, Gia Dalyn Tinsley, Charlie Marie Nixon, Jamesha Pace and Little J Tinsley; her mother, Dianne Hammock; her father, Dale Coleman (Yolanda); her siblings, Dianna Jenkins (Keith), Melissa Weatherwax (Todd), Christopher Gravley, Samantha Nelson, Corey Vernon; her sister-in-law, Heather Brooks and several nieces and nephews.
