Sheryl Elaine Toms Richmond, 60, of Blanch, NC passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Sovah Health Danville Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am Friday, December 4, 2020 at First Baptist Church of Draper.  Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Boone & Cooke. Inc. Funeral Home.

Sheryl was born in Manhassett, NY on March 18, 1960, a daughter of Frederick Harold Toms and Elaine Habers Toms, both deceased.  She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Denzel Richmond, Jr. of the home; her children, Sharon Bryant (Kevin) of Conway, SC, Rachel Overhiser (Linden) of Spencer Port, NY, Susanna Ash (James) of Kentucky, Mary Wally (Matt) of Greenville, SC, Joanna Richmond of Danville, VA, Abby Mitchell (Eli) of South Boston, VA, Sarah Richmond of Blanch, Joshua Richmond of Blanch, Nate Richmond of Blanch; her siblings, Diane Hoffman (Roger) of Hershey, PA, David Toms of Hershey, PA, Susan Toms of Florida; and her grandchildren, Jenna Overhiser, Rebecca, Jason, Paul and James Ash, Chloe and Allen Bryant and John Wally.
