Teresa Kay Barker, 65, of Eden passed away on Friday evening, September 1, 2023, at Novant Forsyth Medical Center.

To honor her wishes, there will be no services.

Teresa was born in Danville, Virginia on March 21, 1958, the daughter of Garvis Marlowe and Mary Woodall Marlowe, both deceased.  She formerly worked for Morehead Memorial Hospital.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Jessica Barker.

Teresa is survived by her granddaughter, Keely Barker of Greensboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the ASPCA.
