Teresa Michelle Overby, 45, of Eden passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021.

A visitation will be held from 6 until 8 pm on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Boone & Cooke, Inc. Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at other times at 203 Knollwood Drive in Eden.

Teresa was born in Eden on December 27, 1975, a daughter of Michael Meeks and the late Teresa Reid Meeks.

She is survived by her children, Courtney Holdaway of Bassett, VA and Derrick Meeks of Eden; her father, Michael Meeks of Eden; her brother, Michael Meeks, Jr. and wife Rebecca of Woodbird, NY; her sisters, Melissa Meeks of Ridgeway and Traci Sutton of Eden; and her grandchildren, Bryson, McKinley and Travian Canty.
