Theressa Rieson, 55, of Eden passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020 at the Hospice Home of Rockingham County.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

Theressa was born in Eden on August 18, 1964, a daughter of Maynard Wayne Rieson, Sr. and Mary Gibbs Rieson, both deceased.  She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Mitchell Odell and her brother, David Rieson.

She is survived by her children, Mary Thompson of Eden, Michelle Rieson of Virginia, Maria Rieson of Eden and Melisa Pulliam of Pilot Mountain; her siblings, Maynard Rieson, Jr., Rosa Braham, Shannon Craddock, Michael Rieson, Jamie Rieson, Paul Rieson, Johnny Rieson; and her grandchildren, Naomi, Wesley, Naqwan, George, James, Samuel and Nathan.
