Thomas G. "Tommy" Farris of Eden passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC.

A service of remembrance will be held at 4 pm on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Boone & Cooke, Inc. Funeral Home Chapel.

Tommy was born in Eden on March 17, 1964 the son of James Calvin Farris and Rebecca Axsom Farris, both deceased.

Tommy is survived by his companion, Tracy Cassell of Martinsville; his sisters, Terri Farris of Eden, Dixie Farris Cassell and husband Curtis of Stoneville and Marie Farris of Eden; his uncle, Ronnie Farris; his nieces, Rehanna Hutchinson Crawford and Tara Fargis; his nephews, Lee Farris and wife Allison,  Michael Hutchinson and wife, Kim, Jay Purgason and wife Courtney; and several great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Bambi Hutchinson.
