Thomas Robert Harmon, 65, of Eden passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at UNC Rockingham Health Care.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Boone & Cooke, Inc. Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in Ridge-View Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at the funeral home and other times at the residence.

Thomas was born in Martinsville, VA on June 12, 1956, a son of Marguerite Weeks and the late Shirley Robert Harmon.  He was a machinist with Invista.  He graduated from, DCC with an Associate's Degree as a Machinist as well serving a Machinist Apprenticeship.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Sheila Harmon; his children, Heather Lyne Alcorn and husband Keith, April Danielle Butler and husband Lee, Shannon Brittany Land and husband Jon, Chad Thomas Harmon; his sister, Martha Ann Weeks; and his grandchildren, Erika Lyne Holder and fiancé, Josh Petty, Morgan Danielle Butler and Cooper Lee Butler.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
