Thomas "Daryl" Lawson, 57, passed away on March 8, 2026, at his residence.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 2pm at Boone and Cooke Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Ridge-View Memorial Gardens.

Daryl was born in Reidsville on August 5, 1968, a son of George Thomas Lawson and Dorothy Rae Carter. He worked for Duncan Distribution.

He is survived by his mother, Rae Lawson of Eden and his brother, Kevin Lawson of Stoneville.

He was predeceased by his wife, Tina Witt Lawson and his father, George Lawson.

The family will receive friends I hour prior to the service from 1 until 2 pm at the funeral home.
