Thomas Allen Wilson, 59, of Eden passed away on Wednesday evening, December 30, 2020 at his home.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Reidsville Christian Church, 2020 South Park Drive in Reidsville.  Social distancing will be observed and masks are mandatory.

Thomas was born in Stoneville on October 27, 1961.  He was a devoted employee of Scotty's Carpet & Oriental Rug for 33 years.  He was a member of Reidsville Christian Church where he participated in the Praise Team and Youth activities.  He enjoyed spending many hours playing fantasy sports games with church friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Sherman Graves Wilson.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Lynda Wilson of the home; his brother, Ricky Wilson and wife Tina of Eden; his uncle, Jim Wilson and wife Lynn; his nieces, Terra Flint and husband Chris and Abby Hylton and husband Stephen; his great nieces and great nephews, Callie Hylton, Tyson Flint, Karsyn Flint and Noah Hylton; and his beloved fur baby, Snickers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bedford A. Motley, Jr. Scholarship Fund at Mid-Atlantic Christian University, 715 N. Poindexter St. Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
