Timothy Dean Medford, 59, of Ruffin passed away on Sunday June 14, 2020 at his home.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Boone & Cooke, Inc. Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in Danville Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 pm before the service and other times at 6588 Cascade Mill Road, Cascade, VA.

Tim was born in Eden on October 10, 1960, a son of Harold Dean Medford and Virginia Wilson White.  He was the owner of Medford Concrete.

He is survived by his father Harold "Dean" Medford and wife Helen of Cascade; his mother, Virginia White of Cascade; his siblings, Dwayne Medford and wife Karen of Cascade, Ricky Medford of Ruffin, Marissa Frazier of Cascade; his step brothers, Randy Wilkerson and wife Kristen of Georgia, Steve Wilkerson and wife Tambra of Georgia; his step sisters, Sandra Henry and husband Bill of Martinsville, Debbie Draper and husband Bill of Martinsville, Toni Ingram and husband Vernon of Martinsville; his nieces, Whitney Early and husband Michael, Jessica Thornberry and husband Justin, Jade Fowler and husband Dallas; his nephew, William Walker and wife Krista; his great nieces, Aubrey Thornberry, Sara Lindsey and Jessica Wilkerson; his great nephews, Talen Bowman, Lane Early and Kennedy Rae Walker on the way; his special dog, Buddy; and his special friend, Angie Brown.
